LATE ARRIVALS

Just Inform Us In Advance

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appoinment time. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

What You Need to Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to canceling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.
